National Commercial Electrical Refurbishment Contract Wilderhope Manor Shropshire

Falcon carried out the electrical refurbishments and upgrade on Wilderhope Manor. Shropshire. Works included the re-wire and necessary upgrades plus adapting of all electrical circuits and systems throughout the Grade 1 listed building

Major challenges were overcome and we were able to offer new ideas on design and technology to get the contract completed with the minimum of disturbance to the old building.
Electrical circuits were installed using specialist materials such as MIMS and PYRO cable (Mineral Insulated Metal Sheathed).

To ensure that the buildings aesthetics were not compromised time consuming labour and intensive install work which took approximated 4 months, were engaged. All works were completed on time and within budget with minimal defects.
